Both routes come out of the same factory floor. The difference is who owns the design and how much engineering you have to do before production starts.

Most problems in an overseas order happen in the gap between the drawing, the carton and the site. We close that gap with documents.
Our factory sits inside the Pearl River Delta supply chain: stainless steel coil, phenolic board, PP sheet, blowers, hinges, drawer runners and powder coating are all produced within a short drive. That is why a change of worktop or a rush replacement part does not cost you a month.
It is also why we have lasted 22 years in this trade. When one supplier slips, the next one is a short drive away.
Yes. Send us your NDA or use ours, signed before any drawing is shared. We do not show client drawings or products to other customers.
Yes, for most standard items we can build one unit as a sample. The sample cost is quoted separately and is normally not credited against the bulk order, because the set-up cost is real.
It depends on the product and the finish — a standard bench in a stock colour is a much smaller commitment than a custom hood in a special RAL. Send your list and we will confirm the MOQ in the quotation rather than quote a number here.
We quote FOB by default and can quote CIF if you prefer. Our forwarder or yours — either is fine. Documents are issued in-house: invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading.
We can send a supervisor for the installation period, or supply drawings and a video walkthrough for your own team. For repeat customers, we usually train your fitters on the first project and then ship with drawings only.
