Laboratory benches & casework

Steel, wood and stainless benches built to your room drawings — with the worktop, sink and service fittings you specify.

Overview

Frames, carcasses and worktops from one factory

A bench is only as good as its frame and its worktop. We build both in the same factory, so the carcass, the cut-outs and the service fittings arrive matched, labelled by room and ready to assemble.

  • Fixed, mobile and wall-mounted configurations
  • Steel tube frame 40x60 mm, 1.5 mm wall, powder coated
  • Cabinets in steel or 18 mm melamine-faced board
  • Worktops in phenolic, epoxy, ceramic or stainless steel
  • Sinks, taps, gas valves, power trunking fitted at the factory
  • Knock-down packing for economical sea freight

Questions

Bench questions

Can you produce from our own drawings?

Yes. Send DWG, PDF or even a hand sketch with dimensions. We return shop drawings for your approval before cutting, and we do not start production until you sign off.

What is the usual lead time?

Standard benches run about 25 to 35 days after drawing approval, depending on quantity and finish. Fume hoods with blowers take a little longer. We confirm the date in the quotation.

Do you supply the sinks and taps?

Yes — PP or ceramic sinks, single and three-way taps, gas valves, eyewash and power sockets can all be fitted and tested before packing.
